I think I went to one when I was trying to go low carb. They have some really yummy salads and if you ask the waiter or hostess for nutritional information you might find that they have some in the restaurant. I lucked out at Blue C with that one. You could also try the eat half and see how you feel. If you avoid a drink and any bread, you could maybe enjoy half an entree of a delicious pasta dish. Eating only half an entree has not failed me yet, even if I don't know the nutritional information.

Thanks! I did really well, until I saw the chocolate lava cake! I HAD to have some, so I got a small spoonful, and it was wonderful! I had a salad and covered it with chili :) I also couldnt pass up the mac and cheese and only ate about 1/2 cup, all in all it was successful. I appreciate the reply :)
