Yesterday I ate way under goal, barely missed my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.3% and is in range for the fifth day in a row. I will try to eat a little more today... Lift Day!!!

I agree. My intention was to eat a snack. I missed out on an opportunity to have a dessert. I ate a high carb and protein breakfast this morning before going to the gym. It helped a little...

Ditto, with Melissa. Sounds like you know what you're doing. No carbs, no lifty bueno. Good fuel.

A-Ok John... the odd fasted workout is no big problem. Also, you're down to pre-spring weight...nice to have a few pounds "in the bank" heading into Christmas and the Holiday season.

John, had almost the opposite situation yesterday to you. I fasted, yet I had one of my best lift days. I could go and go and was also able to run (walk the really steep hills) 3.5 miles home on a totally emty stomach. But the night before I had a million, OMAD calories at a party. I am sure trying to learn how this all works. It seems like the imput of the day before impacts my workouts so much. In the past, I have gone in to lift having barely eaten the day before. Even with a big healthy breakfast, I felt like weak kitten.

It has to be digested first. My understanding is that we need at least a few hours after eating before we exercise to use those calories as fuel...
