Woo! Did the p90x cardio workout today,and it was awesome! I am loving this program already and I've only done 2 of the workouts. I love the intensity and the dude that demonstrates the exercises is a lunatic and pushes you, which I love haha. Done well in the food department as well. I'm not really doing the diet plan that goes along with the program, because it recommends that I take in about 3000 calories per day for my weight, which I think is outrageously high. I'm keeping them under 2000 instead and loosely following the portion plan. As always, though, I am finding it hard to get enough protein.
I am really pumped up this time, and I have to say that it's a hell of a lot easier to keep to it with my husband is so enthusiastic about it too.

2000 calories sounds more like it. I wonder where they came up with 3000? Eggs, nonfat cottage cheese are good sources of protein
