They are not non-sucky, lol.....even more when they are the last exercise. But a heck of a challenge & we normally love those 🥰

I do a hiit workout that assigns 4 different exercises to the different suits of a deck of cards. Then you only use 10, jack, queen, king, ace. Mix em up and start by turning over 1 card 10 equals 10 of that exercise assigned to that suit, jack equals 11, and so forth. The idea is to go through all the cards in under 20 minutes. You can assign your favorite exercises. Example pushups, crunches, high knees, mountain climbers, jumping jacks, etc. Great job, yours looks a bit more intense!! Lol
