Finished week one of p90x! It was tough but I made it!! :) Been doing pretty well with my calories this week too. Husband has stuck with it and watched his calories carefully this week too. Makes me happy. He's one of those people who carries his weight around his midsection so I always worry about his heart, and his cholesterol is high. We're too young for that mess so I'm relieved that he has realized that he needs to make a change and is doing it with me.

Thats Great... Eating healthy is sooo much easier when there are no temptations... I am back to my normal p90x and gym tomorrow... The DVDs are growing on me... I don't know if its a mental thing but I feel slimmer now that I am doing the DVD's... Even my Hubby commented on my body...

I know isn't it! I actually feel slimmer too, I thought it was my imagination! I feel like my stomach is flatter already :) Well if your hubby commented then I think it is more than a mental thing!
