There are 460 days until retirement and since I have really decided that I want to enjoy my retirement and grandchildren that I have to kick myself into high gear. That means that I have to lose between .3 and .4 lbs a day and exercise daily. I have health problems so I am going to start out on the exercise slowly so I don't hurt myself again. I have decided to reward myself for every 10 lbs I lose with that one special food that I have been craving and for every 20 lbs I get to go out to eat at a favorite restaurant.
