I know I will have to be more specific with my goals when I get closer to my goal weight...like you are. Right now I'm just trying to eat close to 100g protein a day. I need to get more specific soon, so I'm sitting here taking notes!! You have been successful and consistent, and you are such a good role model. :00

Blinky you are making outstanding progress. You would not have made such consistent progress without consistently meeting your goals. Your protein goal is only 10 grams lower than mine. You consistently consume less than your calorie goal. You are my hero. We are on the same track. Keep up the good work!!!
