I couldn't sleep last night. So, after entertaining murderous thoughts regarding my husband who was happily snoring away next to me, as well as Amber, the chihuahua, who was also happily dreaming beside our bed, I decided to get up. I piddled around the house, did some dusting and filing and stuff that usually just sits there waiting to be done. It was 12:30am before I finally went to bed and blessed sleep found me. I did check my sugar before I went to bed the second time, it was 113. Needless to say, I over-slept this morning, didn't get up 'till 7:30, which is about the time I should be leaving for work. YaY me!! At 7:51am, my sugar was 116. I'm happy. My weight has stayed the same, still have 1.5 pounds to go to reach my first goal of 220 pounds. There is a bit of upheaval at work, however, as they say, when one door closes another opens and I'm currently looking through the window. I'm content.

Life is good! And you had a productive night! Keep your positive attitude, and you'll lose that 1.5 pounds in no time! :-)
