My weight finally came back, well, where I started. I noticed my legs were swelled up as my weight went up. I think it was due to water retention. Probably the cause was the combination of "TOM", sweating a lot from exercise, and not drinking enough water. I massaged my legs last a couple of days and tried drink water. I still don't drink enough water, but my legs are better now.

I kept good track on exercise but food. I bought sourdough breads for the last a couple of weeks although I often avoid eating breads. I suspect eating breads may be the reason I don't lose weight. I don't know. I need to watch what I eat more careful and record it as much as possible.
