Could it be that I only have (about) 10 pounds to go? I am flabbergasted. When I joined this site, I never actually thought that I could make it this far. I have lost almost 70lbs! That's like a medium sized dog. I honestly cannot believe that. My friend's daughter is 50lbs, I lost more weight than she weighs currently. That is insane to me.
Alright, enough bragging. The yoga class I went to last night was fan-freaking-tastic. The class is called "Hot Core Flow Fusion Yoga," and it was intense. Normally, for hot yoga, the instructor turns on all four heaters in the corners of the room. Last night, only two were on and I was sweating. It looked like I took a dip in a pool when class was over.
I can't wait for this week to be over, 3 day weekend, and it's a busy one. I'm sure it'll be full of calories, too, but I think I can balance between the two very well. Hopefully I'll work in some swimming and other exercise. Other than that, I'd really like to relax.
