Day one wasn’t as difficult as anticipated. The biggest challenge was making sure to drink plenty of water. I only got 7 out of the 8 recommended cups. I knew I was bad, maybe getting 2 cups total per day, and drinking way too much Diet Dr Pepper. I just need to make a conscious effort to change my ways. I won’t give up soda completely (trust me, I’ve tried) but at least cutting back and working in more water each day is a good start! Baby steps...
