I just wrote a lengthy journal entry filled with insights and fun stuff as well as dealing with pain, cutting down on Zumba (doctor's orders), a new medication for muscle tightness caused by my multiple sclerosis (that seems to be helping) then lost the whole bloody thing.

The universe's way of letting me know I was being to wordy, I suppose. Sorry I've been MIA, all. Dealing with life & Facebook, lol.

I wish I knew how to post a picture of the new bread I baked yesterday; crunchy whole grain millet sunflower bread (rich, with sunflower butter as well as sunflower seeds). My partner doesn't like it, so it's all mine (I'm baking the favorite whole wheat honey flax bread today for the non-crunchy bread person in the house)!

I hope to find the time & energy to be here more often; miss you all.

LOL - I feel your pain - first time I had that happen I started drafting my journal in notepad just in case. There are several posts on how to put up pictures - unlike your image it has to be out on a network like photobucket or imgur or flickr or and you paste the link to it. I don't do it because the photos always take up the whole screen no matter how small I make them. Bread sounds fantastic ~ I'm wondering if I should have some lately. I "THOUGHT" my acne cleared up when I quit eating bread but as it's BACK I may as well have some, right?

There you are! Missed you. I'm sorry you have to do less of your favorite Zumba and happy you have new meds for pain. I sneak a bite of bread at a restaurant every now and then but I owe not eating it to a big part of my weight loss. Hope you have a great weekend.
