Wow. I slipped up Big time and I was doing so welL as well !!
I Known I shouldn’t have eaten those chips , one of the chicken steaks and had those 2 coffees and small mini bag of Cadbury’s animal biscuits and 2 peices of toast yesterday

If I stuck to banana and celery and then one chicken steak and onion rings ... this wouldn’t have happened. And I’m at my mums all day so I expect I’ll put on more 😭

I’m not very happy with this at all. I managed to lose 5Ib in 4 days. Just to put most of
It back on 😱😭😭😭
