Today, woke up to my dear friend. No wonder my appetite was a bit high last week. I am still sick with a cold and throat. Getting better but not out of the woods. But resolved this week I will not over eat.

I don’t know if you’ve heard of manukau honey or not, actually works wonders for sore throat. Also if you can squeeze a half a lemon combine it with the honey, add hot water and let it sit for five minutes then enjoy. Also gargling with warm salt and hot water is extremely helpful. If you use sea salt ,is better, salt has antimicrobial properties that will help with the throat. If you have a fever, then these methods are only to help soothe it but not relieve it completely you might need antibiotics.I hope you get well soon.
