I don't agree actually. Food is not a temptation, its fuel. We do not need to overcome food, we need to learn to treat it as fuel and stick to eating only what we need and try to eat healthy. once we do that, it is no longer a problem. Food can also be a treat, if we learn to enjoy it as a treat not turn it into a binge. If we think of food as temptation we are step away from eating disorders.. Food is not the problem, we are and we should learn to change not to see it as a problem. xx

I totally agree with you but I posted this for bad food like fast food, modified food... also with all the adds around us on food which is surround us everywhere, it is hard to resist, especially in London when you have access for bad food for cheap, vegetables and healthy food which are expensive... It is hard to resist and so in a way it’s a temptation, and you have to come overcome those. :)

I get your point of view Anna xx I am just trying to change my outlook on food, not to see it as comforting friend, or punishment, or temptation. Simply a necessity and occasional treat. Once I manage to do that no amount advertising will break me 😘 But I have long way to go!
