Ok... so here we are again... another month... it's two weeks before my period and my weight is stalling. I am used to it now, bummed, but used to it. BUT... this month I do notice something different... I am not emotional or moody. I think getting my nutrition in check and all of the vitamins in my system that were so lacking is really helping all of that. I actually feel great! Wooohooo! Just one more reason to eat healthy and balanced and get the vitamins in my body that need to be there. Our bodies are amazing creations, I learn that more and more every day.

I am totally excited about tonight! I am meeting with a friend of mine I haven't seen in about 2 years! She had gastric bypass about that long ago and I have only seen pictures of her since. She has done so well and is actually going to school to be a personal trainer now. She is going to teach me how to work out FREE! I am meeting her tonight to talk about my goals and program etc and then hopefully we will be able to hit the gym tomorrow or Friday night depending on our crazy schedules. This is the first time I have EVER been on an actual workout program. I have joined a gym a couple times but never really knew HOW to work out or what to really do. I am really looking forward to starting an excercise routine and getting this body toned up and strong! :)

I am setting a new goal... I have a Christmas party each year I go to and this year I want to be able to buy a size 16 (or smaller) dress for that party. A cute little black dress!
