GOOD AFTERNOON!!
I am just getting back from a two mile walk! I live in a really beautiful neighborhood. Behind my condo are HUGE houses, so it's always fun to go window shopping while getting a work out! :)
Yesterday I didn't abide by my daily rule of 1200 calories MAX and I consumed 1395. That's actually not bad at all, and I woke up feeling GREAT and a little lighter already!!!! I wrote in my journal and kept track of everything very well! I am happy to say that I'm officially BACK! :)
So far today I have had a cup of coffee and a yoplait yogurt (the ones with live cultures for a healthy disgestive system)! Right now I am drinking an ice cold cup of GREEN TEA! Today has been GRRrrrrrrrreat -Tony the Tiger
I hope everyone has a fantastic day "dieting"...ew! I hate that word! It just doesn't seem to give me the same warm feeling that pizza hut and taco bell do.
