I know I gained somee of the weight back because of me getting sick. I haven't been back to the gym and I am not feeling like exercising. I rather just sit, be sick and eat whatever I want. (even though I try not to)

Don't give up on yourself. I recognize the downward spiral. Being sick you cannot control the lack of exercise, but you can control what you eat. You have set a goal and it is well within your reach. If you quit you will have to start over with possibly more weight to lose. I know what I am writing may be hard to take, but I may need the same speech from you one day so hang in there for me.

Keep your chin up...I too am sick and have been for over a week and it sucks, but if you concentrate on what you are eating and do it the healthy way you might get better quicker! The exercise will come when you get better, right now try to concentrate on what you are eating and getting better! Kimmyj1006 is so right, you don't want to make it worse on yourself. Hang in there though, you are doing great!
