I was very frustrated this week. I lost a pound. I throught I was going to lose much more than a pound. I have been exercising all week and sticking to my diet, but only lost that pound. I have been trying to look at it as one less pound, but it is frustrating! My counselor said I am doing well, 13 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks, that's good. Still I was a little down. However I am going to stay on tract and contine to press on to that goal!

You are doing great...... 13 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks is a LOT.....healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week. Don't be down on yourself.

That IS alot of weight in only 3 1/2 weeks. I wish I could loose that much in such a short period of time. I know most of us would love to do that! You might be working out too much. I know it sounds crazy, but its true. You are doing great!

Maybe your body needs a break from weight loss. 13 pounds in 3 1/2 weeks, is almost 4 pounds a week. You are doing great! Don't cheat, or get frustrated, keep up the good work, and it will pay off. :D
