I think weekends are meant to have times when we relax, even with diets! Shame about the rugby result though, eh!
Good luck with the exercise regime. Mine has almost disappeared, but I am hoping to rekindle it full-on next week! (have added pilates reformer classes to my list, but dont think that will count - its mainly for my back and posture, dont think it loses any weight as theres no aerobic content ...) PS: hope you enjoyed Spain, our Madrid long weekend was ace!
