Yeah, I've faltered a bit lately. No point being dishonest about it, feeling a bit rough. Today's a new day and new week, I've proved to myself that I can do this more often than I can't, so if I spend the rest of the time getting to my target weight by losing 2lb and gaining 1lb, I couldn't care less. It's still progress.
