treadmill workout 6/11/2013 jogging 5.6-5.8 speed 49.23 minutes calories 251.7 exercise calendar make it diffcult to enter this correct. not a lot of calories but 3 miles without stopping once! I was afraid of pushing it to to the max, because I have been having trouble with my right leg and its just beginning to left me jog or even pick up speed walking
