Got to the gym today. I was 5 mins late to the Yoga-pilates class, and it ended 5 mins earlier than normal, so I got in 50mins of that. I'm never sure how much yoga we do vs pilates. So I put in 30mins of pilates and 20 mins of yoga. Though I think we might do less yoga than that. I'd rather under-estimate than over estimate it. XD Also did 30mins of Zumba! :D And discovered that I just can't move my body around as fast as they can after doing 50mins of yoga-pilates. XD And some of the footwork was just beyond me. lol. I'm still proud of myself for my hour and twenty mintues of gym time today. :) Jules did alright in the Childcare room, but she came running up to me when I walked in the door. :) Really maked me feel loved to know she missed me. I did check on her in between the classes though. ^.^ She about didn't let me leave then. lol. All in all a good gym day. And boy oh boy was Zumba packed out! XD I've never seen that many people in a class at the gym. lol
