[b]12 pounds are gone!b] Last year was a 20 pound gain during the summer months. I broke a pattern:) by taking a 94 day personal challenge and it worked! TOWANDA!!!!Hooray for having my cake and eating it too. Keeping within my calories on most days, frozen watermelon and other special seasonal treats keeping me satisfied and out of my freezers icecream compartment! TOWANDA!!!!!!!!!!!

Good going. I gain sometimes in summer. Last winter I dieted vigorously but didn't lose fast enough probably from lack of exercise as I did not get out in the cold much. Get that exercise in and it's a great help, I need to do it more too...
