I was online at weightlosswars.com, but after finding this site I can say there are alot more tools to use. So..here I am..starting my challenge to lose 50 lbs by next spring. Winter is a good time to focus on exercise and eating right..and by the time Spring rolls around, I will be able to shed those winter clothes and have a hot bod waiting underneath ;) This is going to take lots of work, perseverance and self control; however, I know I can do it. Over the last year I have lost about 15 pounds just through modifying my eating...but I know that if I exercise it will come of twice as fast and I'll build some solid muscle underneath these layers of fat. Soooo...if theres anyone on here who lives near the State College area of Pennsylvania and wants a workout buddy..gimme a holla!!!! :)
