So I thought the coffee withdrawel would be this horrible experience as I convert all my drinks into water...HOWEVER..I think because of this walking challenge, the walking has helped balance out my mood better. I'm actually feeling better and am starting to look forward to my walks! PLUS, I didn't go buy new shoes, but my roommate has some new sneakers that she didn't fit into and gave them to me and they are comfy! I've been wearing them the past 2 days and my walk has improved dramatically. My knees haven't hurt and my feet haven't ached. It's great! SOooooo..I'm excited about that! Just wanted to give a quick update before bed. Have a great night folks!!
