Wow my weekend was good. I followed my diet very closely and am fairly certain I did not go over my carb count. I had plenty of exercise and even took the children out on a nature walk OMG I am glad no one could see me out in them there woods, I actually had to run to catch up with my daughter in CC to tell her we were turning back for the day. Me running that's a thought to ponder. :)
