I changed my goal weight from 185 to 165. The reality of 185 is that was the last time I could ever remember having some sort of fitness strenght, but it isn't a healthy weight goal. Still, according to the charts, 165 is too high for me, but I think it is much more reasonable & managable. Wish me luck! I'm hoping to be under 200 at the new year. That's 14ish pounds to loose in 10 weeks... should be achievable!
