Day 36 (Week 5): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
Good morning all you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples!!!
So I had another decent day. I could have probably eaten more veggies (sorry Crocuses!) But still ate relatively healthfully and more than met my caloric and caloric deficit goals. Yoga was fabulous! I so missed it last week when I was sick. Been doing the yoga for about a year and a half now and I truly enjoy it.
My Wii Fit came in yesterday!!! My back up plan is in place for when the free gym membership is over on Monday! Excellent! :)
Old Man Scale remained agreeable this morning. 1/2 lb down is still in the right direction! 1 more lb and I will have reached my floor goal for the November Challenge! Weee!
Floor Goal: 250 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 16.5 down from when I first started watching in August, and 1 from now. Should hit this by the end of the week-end as was my original goal! YAYAYAY! Mid-range: 245 Weigh in at 245 for Thanksgiving with my folks, which is 18lbs from the beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 6 from now. The goal date is now officially Nov. 1st. Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. If my averages keep up, this should be no problem. It is a bit stretch but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 16 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching!!
1st things first. Get myself to 250 (1 more!!!), then 245 then worry about the others!
