I didn't want to start my diet yet because I just had a baby, but she's now 2.5 months old and I am no longer nursing and after seeing the scale today I knew I couldn't wait another day. According to this weight tracker on my phone I am officially obese for my 5'1" body...most depressing thing I have ever seen. And I cannot blame it on the baby because I was losing weight but because I am still not working, all I do all day long is eat junk and lots of it. I have to start dieting now!!!
Here I come 120lbs!!!
