Just recently started my diet plan again I gain loads of weight😔 I will be sure to stick to my diet this time
125,2 kg Bisher verloren: 3,2 kg.    Still to go: 34,5 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

883 kcal Fett: 34,65g | Eiw: 26,94g | Kohlh: 77,49g.   Frühstück: Maruchan Ramen Noodle Soup - Beef Flavor. Mittagessen: Golden Krust Jamaican Style Spicy Beef Patty. Abendessen: Aqua Star King Crab Legs and Claws, Broccoli , Baby Carrots , Ranch Salad Dressing , Baked Potato Stuffed with Cheese (Peel Eaten), Mixed Salad Greens. Snacks/Sonstiges: Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten), Sutter Home Moscato. mehr...

Strict “diets” are very hard to maintain over a lifetime. Any way of eating that spawns guilt, feelings of deprivation are seldom successful. IF you can learn reasonable portion control and a philosophy of eating healthier most of the time and less healthy items once in a while —- and you make a concerted effort to create an activity program for yourself that you actually like to do, you CAN make this a less painful process. Remember, weight control is a lifelong endeavor but you can totally do this.
