Today was a pretty good day :]
I had a ggreeaaaattttt work out. Worked the buns, thighs, and abs Then did an hour of cardio I felt like poo about half way through everything, but I was soooo glad when i finished! It was a major victory for me! I ate some really good food today too. Chicken Caesar salad with home-made low fat dressing for dinner. It was amazing. And i had a cookie for dessert! :]]]] I saw these Kashi cookies in the store. They're whole grain and only 130 calories for one. I'd seen them in dark chocolate-something-or-other, and then a trail mix one, before. But I never paid much attention to them until today when i saw OAT MEAL RAISIN !!!!! my all time favorite cookie. well... behind peanut butter. lol so i just couldnt pass it up. And i am very proud of myself for only eating 1. haha
tomorrow is a rest day, but i am going to try to eat light so that on tuesday i see a good number on the scale. I'm really excited. Its taken soooo much will power in me not to weigh myself a bunch of times everyday. I'll have my fingers crossed when I step on the scale. I'm hoping for at least two pounds to be gone. If not more... lol I will be ecstatic if i've lost more than 2 pounds.
