Still not able to get the exercising in. Going to take a long walk today. Long day full of stuff planned, hair appt in an hour, walk, lunch w/ hubby, get car smog check done, grocery shopping, laundry. Our new universal from Body Works arrived yesterday. Lot's of little pieces, unpacked the boxes yesterday. Should be fun putting that together!! Can't wait to use it and combine with my treadmill, recumbent bike, Si6. Last thing we want to get is a bench and a weight rack. Now if I can just get to feeling better I will be all set! Gotta get that scale on the move again!!
