Day 49 (Week 7): 10 TO 30 POUNDS BY November OR BUST
Week 1 Cruise to Lose!
Good Morning!!! Calm waters (peace of mind) and a brisk wind (good exercise) to all! I hope this day finds all of you wonderful, health-minded, lovely FS peoples all well and working towards your fantastic healthy goals!!
So I did not have time to exercise yesterday. I got home after 8 and still had to pack. Does running around like a mad woman count? I did count it as housework as I was very warm and breathless! LOL Maybe I can walk the airports during my flights.....that's actually a good idea hmmm it's a big group flying together so I could probably leave my bags with one of the other ladies.
Old Man Scale: I am not going to dignify him with a recording this morning...Between the salt intake yesterday and how early it is I KNOW it's not accurate :)
So apparently I decided to start my little trip early when it came to food yesterday...yikes! I did not think I did THAT badly until the calories got totaled up. Lunch I was taken out and I made fairly good choices but I think dinner put me over the because we had wine and munchie cheese and cracker types of things at a friends house. Oddly I am close to my daily carb limit. The small bag of chips was probably the wrong day to splurge though. But like I said my carbs were okay but calorie count was high and calorie deficit was a bit low. Had I exercised I would have been within my guidelines as far as the difference. Welp there is always the hotel gym tonight! I will at least hop on the tread or elliptical if they have one or I will walk for 20+ minutes. I know the speed at which I walk a mile...and I can walk the airports too.
I guess I HAVE to eat well this week-end, now! Even more so after yesterday. I may go the lazy route and not record it all here. But still try to eat mostly within SBD guidelines. I really don't want to erase all the hard work of getting to this point in one weekend of debauchery! LOL

Floor Goal: 250 Done, D-done, Done, Done!!! 13lbs down from the beginning of the challenge, 17 down from when I first started watching in August. Mid-range: 245 Turkey Day I am coming for you! 18 from beginning of the challenge. 21.5 from when I first started and 3.5 from now. Goal date Nov. 1st (or sooner, if I want to make the ceiling goal too!) Ceiling goal: 235 by the 30th of November. This is a bit of a stretch, but that is what a ceiling goal is all about. :) 28 from challenge start, 13.5 from now and 31.5 from when I first started watching. (I can feel this with my finger tips if I just r...e...a...c...h!) Christmas Challenge Goal:230 by December 25th!! 36.5 from when I first started watching. (I have got a plan for the holidays! For once in my life I will NOT gain weight, I will LOSE!!!)
1st things first 245 (almost there! Just 3.5 more itty bitty lbs and 2.5 work weeks to do it in!!) then 240 then on down, down down!
