I am so close to busting out of the 180's. Today I am making carrot muffins. I replaced the white flour with whole wheat to bump up the fiber a bit. I also took the time to calculate the calories of each ingredient so I can log accurately. Just under 200 calories. One of my frustrations with logging is I generally make home made food and the calorie count isn't always handy, but now that I am off work until August I have time to do the calculations so I won't have to do so much guessing. I try to overestimate my calories, but who knows? Now I will be a lot more accurae. For those of you checking my log, you may notice that there is not food logged. I'm logging it on my fitbit app instead.
