Better night! Felt so much more rested this morning. Fasting blood sugar 207, weight 179.4 Things are going down again! Haven't been able to take evening walk in 3 days, maybe this evening things will improve. Still heat advisories out. Older son has covid, but he's not feeling real bad at this time; I'm hoping it will be a light case -- he is 48. His family is isolated at home. We haven't had physical contact in 10 days so we are hoping to pass this exposure, but who knows where else we might have come in contact with the virus. We have been careful all this time, and wear our masks. I'm glad re-opening is slowing down -- people have been careless because they are tired of restricted living. Stay safe everyone, you never know whose life it might save!

Thank you! He is already feeling well enough to water the flowers at his house. Now his wife has covid, so I sent dinner to them today. I expect his two children that live with them will get it and also her two girls who just went home from a month visit. Covid is messing up lives all over the world right now! We all need prayers!
