Fasting blood sugar 155! I had to whoop for joy! That morning number has not been this low in ages. The bad news is the weight is back up to 180.6. I will just keep on as if everything is wonderful -- as it truly is! Will probably do some intermitent fasting to get the weight loss started again. Was able to walk last night for 10 minutes -- better than not at all. By the time it cooled down enough to walk it was getting dusky, not a good time to be visible to drivers, but at least no cars came down our country lane. Our dog Hank was ecstatic to be walking with us again. Sometimes the cat comes too, but not last night! It has always seemed curious to me that the cat would actually walk a mile to share the company of her humans! Dogs, yes. That's part of their job description!
