I was good yesterday....until I got home and binged on chips before dinner TT-TT. Need to be more strict with myself (at least I got to the gym today instead of insisting to myself that my bed was the place to be).
We've got plans to see friends we haven't been around in over a year coming up in October, I'd like to have some sort of positive weight change by then.
