Well, the Halloween weekend was so HARD to stick to the diet... Chocolate EVERYWHERE! It was screaming my Name! Fell completely off the wagon... getting back on again this morning and writing it all down like I did before.
I'll get done! I know I can! Just need someone to Slap That Dang Chocolate Voice every time it calls my name is all! LOL

Hey there.
I fell off wagon too and had some chips, I was on a night out and my girl friends were telling me I had too! (I did feel a bit queezy and they did settle my stomach!!) This morning I weighed myself and I have gained a lb!!!! Drinking water all day today and being vvv good!!
P.s This is my first post also
