Not Really Using The Fat Flush Any More. Was Not Very Effective. Now keeping away from White Food. Exercising 4 to 5 time a week. Burning fat and building muscle. Daily Cardio routine is 34 Min at 65% of MAX Heart Rate. Then 30 to 40 Min of resistance training using 12 to 15 reps and 2 to 3 sets of Bench, Flys, curls, presses - 3 time per week. Is working much better.
