Spent a week off-plan, but in truth have spent most of the time since April off-plan. :( Luckily it doesn't mean weight gain, I basically just stay between 213 - 218. But I am tired of being in the 200s!! I've said it before and wandered off but I am really trying to buckle down this time and get to it. I didn't get my full three runs in last week (I did get one in) but I am back on track this week. So week three of couch 2 5k is under way =) I am already feeling the funk of induction flu so I think I am going to go move my youngest's laundry from the washer to the dryer and then go to bed.. Can't wait to get past this funk and back to feeling the energy and alertness that I love so much when I am not carb drunk..
