Now where was I. Oh yes ..... dinner. I like to have an herbal tea sometimes in the evening and like a little sweet with it. I feel really guilty if I have it and if I don’t have it and hear someone with a bag of chips then I am triggered to have a few.

I’m down from size 16 to 14 very comfortably so I am sure I am heading in the right direction. I am focused on my love/hate relationship with my fit bit. I am up to 1.5 hrs twice a day to briskly walk in my pool and loving it. My steps are counted and aim for 10,000 or more total for the day and accepting to be happy as long as I get over 6,000. My job is sedentary so I have to make and take the time. Weekends are no problem to get over 10,000 a day. Through the week is a killer and I am committed to my routine of being in the pool at least twice a day.
