Just got done with my walk/jog. I did something new this time. I alternated walking then jogging my 1/2 mile trail. I guess you could call interval training. 4.5 miles total today. So that's 12 miles for this week and that still leaves tomorrow to get in some more miles and maybe be ahead in my challenge. And best of all I felt really good when I was jogging or walking...of course my mp3 player helped keep me pumped up too. lol.
Anyone else use music to keep their feet moving?

That's Great sister! :D I got in 3 miles today. Did them in 1 hour. ^.^ Got some funny looks from the wedding party at the park as I ran the last stretch between the lodge building and the starting map. :P My legs are hurting too. And I haven't come down off my exercise high yet. lol. Your really kicking Azz with your jogging! :D You'll be ready for that 5k in March in no time. :)
