I've been craving some fresh veggies so I sauteed some fresh yellow squash and a Vidalia onion today for dinner. Wow I didn't realize how many carbs the onion had, 21.35g so I blew it big time on my carb intake.

Yeah...it is amazing!! And, look how low your caloric intake is :( I had 22 carbs and 1100 calories. If you'd like to buddy up, you are welcome. I knew I was OK with the collard greens and the squash, but the onions doubled the carbs. Thanks for the buddy invite I will add you! I dont do FB a whole lot though..

I did the same last night, I was hungry so I ate an apple my apple had 15. something net carbs so it blew the rest of what I did, My calorie intake was low. So today is a new day.
