Day 2 of IF went well, much easier than day 1. The key seems to be making sure you get good nutrition during the feed window and stay consistently hydrated at all times. I have 3 more days with a 10 hour feed window, then I'll take it to 9 hours for 5 days. I'm trying for a more scientific process for my weightloss: making one change at a time, assessing the results, and then making the next change.
