I have been on the intermittent fasting going on third week. Feeling fantastic. Eating healthy and plan on continuous healthy eating after the fasting ends. No more waking up with pain in my back and knees. I love this app because it helps me stay away from all the fast foods that I used to love Because of the convenience of eating. Didn’t realize how many bad calories are in fast food even though in the back of my mind I knew this.
