I'm back! I've been gone for the past week and I haven't been good. LOL
Took on a few bad habits of not eating breakfast, skipping lunch, ditching snacks. I'm so grateful to be back here, but I hate that I have to weigh in and that descending line is going to take a damn turn up. Yuck! Wow what a week can do! I must be accountable! :op~

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. I'm so THANKFUL for my family, my friends and the life I am blessed with.
