Yeah. I probably would eat the whole box too. That seems to be the way my body responds to carbs. I think it's a physical reaction due to hormones released (insulin) and also psychologically induced cayse they taste so good I don't want to stop eating.

You’ll be ok. 3.5oz of crackers isn’t really that much and those look extra good!!! I love crackers and buy single serving packs for a reason 🤣

oh man...i try to buy healthy snack, but I, too,, eat them all in one sitting! Now I have zero snacks in my house and refuse to bug any. sucks! 😅
