Missing is yesterday's weight entry. I expected my weight to be up because it was up the day before before. I missed entering my weight because I was unable to meet my usual protocol. I like to compare apples to apples. Yesterday I had to eat an early breakfast without checking my weight first and rushed out the house to tend to some personal business. Yesterday I ate under goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down 0.6% since 10/13/20 / BW down 2.4#
