I've been using setting 8 on the exercise machine for two (or three) sessions now. I also seem to have fallen into an every-other-day routine. [shrug] It's all good.
In other news, on 27 December 2007, I weighed in at 237.8lbs (107.9kg/17 stone). Today, 205lbs (93kg/14.6 stone). Ha!
If I were home right now, I totally would measure myself. Perhaps later.
